Can you cater an event?Yes! We can cater your event. Since our baklava is made fresh to order we may need up to 7 days of advanced notice. Please leave a detailed message in our contact us page and we will respond as soon as possible.

Where can I find your product?We have our baklava in most Whole Foods in the rocky mountain region, as well as on Amazon, select Natural Grocers, and local food co-ops in Colorado.

What is baklava made of?Made by hand from freshly ground almonds, sugar, cinnamon, clarified butter and organic, non-GMO phyllo dough. It is lightly covered in a syrup made from filtered water, sugar, clover honey, lemon juice, cinnamon sticks and whole cloves.

How should baklava be stored?You can store baklava at room temperature for 60 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Can you accommodate food allergens?We bake our baklava in a shared production facility. It may come in contact with other allergens due to shared production equipment.
