    Our product is lovingly handmade in Longmont, Colorado, USA.
  • Can you cater an event?
    Yes! We can cater your event. Since our baklava is made fresh to order we may need up to 7 days of advanced notice. Please leave a detailed message in our contact us page and we will respond as soon as possible.
  • Where can I find your product?
    We have our baklava in most Whole Foods in the rocky mountain region, as well as on Amazon, select Natural Grocers, and local food co-ops in Colorado.
  • What is baklava made of?
    Made by hand from freshly ground almonds, sugar, cinnamon, clarified butter and organic, non-GMO phyllo dough. It is lightly covered in a syrup made from filtered water, sugar, clover honey, lemon juice, cinnamon sticks and whole cloves.
  • How should baklava be stored?
    You can store baklava at room temperature for 60 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
  • Can you accommodate food allergens?
    We bake our baklava in a shared production facility. It may come in contact with other allergens due to shared production equipment.
